"I ordered a small cabinet and…"
I ordered a small cabinet and it arrived right on time, which was great. The box, though, looked beat up when it got here, so I was a bit worried opening it. Thankfully, the cabinet was mostly fine, aside from a small mark on one corner that I can live with. I do think it could’ve used more padding to prevent damage. Overall, it’s not a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t call it great either.

"Wish the range was better"
I was a bit disappointed because the range felt limited. I really wanted to like it more, but it just didn’t reach as far as I hoped, which was frustrating during use.
"Wardrobe arrived in the end, but communication was poor"
I ordered a wardrobe and the delivery ended up being delayed twice, which was frustrating enough, but what really annoyed me was that nobody gave me a proper explanation. I had to keep chasing for updates, and it felt like I was doing all the work. It did turn up eventually, and the wardrobe itself is fine, but the whole delivery experience could’ve been a lot better.

The payment options were limited, and it made the whole checkout process way more annoying than it needed to be. I felt like I was being forced to sit there and be patient just to finish a simple purchase.

The delivery guys were polite and got everything done without any fuss. They weren’t especially chatty, but I took that as them just focusing on the job, which was fine by me.

I had a question about my order and the staff were Really helpful. got a reply quick too, and they sorted it out without making it a big deal. Delivery was a little delayed, but nothing too bad. overall, I’m happy with it.

"Customer service was slow getting…"
Customer service was slow getting back to me about my order, and I kept thinking maybe I’d hear something soon, but then I ended up having to chase them more than once. Even after that, I still didn’t really get a clear answer, which was frustrating because I just wanted to know what was going on. It made the whole thing feel way more stressful than it needed to be

"The site was a total pain…"
The site was a total pain to use. Pages kept freezing like some clunky little dinosaur, and trying to check out turned into an absolute mess. I just wanted to place an order, not wrestle with a busted website.

"Stock info was a bit misleading"
I ordered a bedside table because it said it was in stock, then two days later I got an email saying it wasn’t actually available. Frustrating, since I’d already sort of planned my room around it arriving, even though I guess it wasn’t exactly guaranteed. Customer service was fine enough, but the website really should update stock faster. If it says in stock, I kind of expect it to be there, you know? Makes me a bit unsure about ordering again.

"Decent assembly, but something felt a little off"
I booked assembly for some new furniture, and while the guys were polite and did get everything put together, something just felt a bit off with the whole experience. They showed up later than expected, and after they left I noticed some packaging was still sitting around. It wasn’t a terrible service by any means, just not as smooth or buttoned-up as I was hoping for.

"Store could’ve been cleaner"
Umm, the staff were fine, but the store itself didn’t feel very clean. I noticed dust on some of the displays and a few messy corners, which kind of made the whole visit feel a bit off.

"Delivery took way longer than expected"
I ordered from Aldiss thinking it would be here in a few days, but no, it kind of just sat there and nothing much happened with the updates. I ended up having to chase it myself, and even then the answers were vague, like not really saying anything useful. The delivery took much longer than what it said when I paid, which was really annoying because I had planned around it. Not very impressed, and I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

"Pretty decent overall"
Bought a couple of bits from Aldiss. Most of it was as described, but one item looked a little different in person, mostly the colour and size. Not a big deal, just made me check things more carefully after. Delivery was fine. Site info could be clearer

"I had to get in touch…"
I had to get in touch with Aldiss about a warranty problem with a chair. The first reply took a bit longer than I expected, and I did have to chase them once, which was slightly frustrating. Anyway, they sorted it out in the end and the staff were polite enough throughout. Not a bad experience overall, just wish it had been a bit quicker.

Delivery was totally fine, no complaints there. But once I needed after-sales help, it got frustrating. Replies were slow, I had to chase them twice for an update, and even then it felt like no one was really taking it seriously. After spending that much, I started worrying I’d been taken for a ride a bit. Just didn’t feel very reassuring.

I ended up waiting around longer than I expected because the delivery updates didn’t come through until late. Maybe it’s partly on me for planning my day too tightly, but I had stuff to get done and kept putting it off because I wasn’t sure when the package would arrive. A heads-up earlier would’ve made the whole thing a lot less frustrating

"Nice store, not much help"
Went in to check out a sofa. Store looked nice. Clean. Good setup. But I kind of felt ignored the whole time. Finally asked a question and the answer felt rushed. Like they didn’t really want to deal with me. Ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Refund Took Way Too Long"
I ordered from aldiss and ended up having to return something. The return part was fine, no real hassle there, but the refund felt like it took forever. I was in a bit of a rush and really didn’t have time to keep chasing it, so that got frustrating. Not the worst experience overall, but definitely more annoying than I expected
